Exception to the rule
Research shows without a doubt that both the George W. Bush administration and the Barack Obama administration would not hire anyone in the cabinet or other White House position who had problems with their tax returns INCLUDING not being willing to show them.
Some Americans, alas, plan to vote for an exception to that rule.
