The world economic forum did an extensive survey on salary, political influence, life quality etc. to determine the gender equality on a country by country basis. The good news for the US is that we are not last, and we get a little better we can catch Lithuania, because they are 30th and we are 31st. Iceland incidentally was 1st. Hey, 31st is better than our life expectancy rank in which we proudly place 37th in the world. However, on the matter of white financial CEO's we rank #1, which is good; it implies we don't leave them behind.
