NFL finally gets red-faced on the Redskins

Obviously the term "Redskin"
is offensive to many, not just Native Americans. That said, to those who
would ignore the feelings of others or make a joke of the term
"politically correct" let us offer this: those whom we demean, whom we
marginalize, and whom we objectivize, are those who we can - and
historically have - harmed. A far better term than "politically correct"
would be "humanly correct"; if we start from there, we can well finish in a
good place or at least a better one.
