Rock paper scissors by rote we mean robot

At the University of Japan
they have developed a robot which can recognize the game of "rock paper
scissors" and as the other person is opening and/or closing their hand in
1000th of a second the robot can anticipate and win 100 percent of the
time. But as they said on NBC news is the robot having any real fun I
would say by reflex.
