This week in dumb da dumb dumb dumb

Recent polls (and there are number of them) show that basically due to right-wing fringe groups one third of Americans believe that Muslims should carry a special ID. Kudos to Muslim spokesman Reza Aslan, author of "No God but God: the origins evolutions and future of Islam" who said it's also unfortunate the Jews and Catholics who went through this have not led a groundswell to resist it.

This weekend dumb da dumb dumb dumb

There's a number of very unhappy men in Kabul, Afghanistan (at least, it seems there always are), but they have a new "reason" to be upset. That is because women, appropriately dressed by their standards, fully arm and leg covered women, have formed a bicycle riding team and are competing and winning local metals. Some of the more "traditionally brained"men say this is not women's role, and we at RFN say let them roll. You go ladies.

Off-color humor department

We're not sure if this is true, but there's a rumor that when Donald Trump sued Bill Maher for saying Trump was related to an orangutan (referencing among other things his hairstyle coloring) that Mr. Maher got a change of venue to (drumroll) Orange, California. That's this weeks off-color humor.

This week in dumb da dumb dumb dumb

At CPAC the Republicans attempting to "become more relevant" with "all of America" broke down their speaking time as follows: Donald Trump with more speaking time than Marco Rubio and Chris Christie with zero speaking time since he wasn't invited.

2009 in dumb da dumb dumb, dumb

The tea party intellectuals (forgive us the term) assured us four years ago that once Barack Obama's policies were in place the stock market would surely plummet. Now anything that goes up always comes down as the stock market has shown from time to time although historically there has been basically one direction. But can't  they (the tea party) look at what has happened in the last 4+ years and even if they won't admit they're wr-wr-wro-wro, well they can't say the word. Can't they at least allow maybe they weren't right?

The Faux News Network Principles

A) We distort, you abide
B) Or we retort if you deride, unless we choose not to
C) Complete sentences are acceptable in lieu of complete truths
D) It’s OK to criticize the 2006 Democratic Congress for all America’s problems since 2001
E) We shoot from the flip
F) We’re not always accurate but we’re always certain
G) On what we feel is wrong in this world, we can’t stop people from saying I don’t agree or I don’t care, but we won’t let them say I didn’t know
H) The director’s board has a whim of irony
I) In times of emergency, we should rally around our President: In times of democracy he should do the same for us
J) We proudly plagiarize in advance, examples available upon request
K) It’s easy to be fun-based when you’re fact based
L) Good news parody makes for good news parity
M) And, of course, our goal is and always will be to be the most trusted name in Faux News
